Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained prominence after she starred in Disney XD's sitcom Pair of Kings. The professional life she has had seen her act in many movies and TV shows. Barbara was also recently seen in a role that she reprises regularly on Lifetime's Army Wives TV series guest-starred on ABC's George Lopez enacted a recurring character in the show Sabrina: The Teenage Witch performed across the country as Neil Simon's female adaptation from The Odd Couple and starred on-stage with Hal Linden and separately with Larry Hagman in Love Letters which was a tour in the major cities in The United States. Barbara appeared in The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri in the production Social Security in 2012. The show aired throughout Jacksonville Florida, USA during the Summer of 2014.
